Big crack and a stonechip on the windshield so it required to be replaced. Found a few places via the internet and made a few calls. Pricing was pretty similar so after reading the reviews I settled on MRM Auto Glass. Made the call and the helpful lady set an appointment for the same day. Smooth transaction all around. Started on time and the job was completed in 45 minutes. Work was expertly done by the owner and his assistant. Some extra work - rust around the windshield frame and a loose trim - was done free of charge. MRM uses PGW glass (American made OEM) and not the cheaper chinese glass. The lady also worked with my insurance provider which resulted in getting the best deal. A happy experience all around. Thank you.

Had a crack in the windshield, I called MRM to ask about filling it. The receptionist is VERY polite, kind and helpful. I was going to go in the following day but they offered to take me in right away because for best results immidiate repair action is recommended. I arrived there at 4:40 pm and they close at 5. It takes about 30 minutes to fill the crack but they still welcomed me with smiles and kindness. They finished the job after the closing time and stayed open late for me. While I waited they offered me complementary croissants, coffee, beverages, free wifi. The receptionist filled the insurace forms for me and sent them in. Both technicians are super kind and professional. They filled the crack in such a way that you can't even see where it was. Amazing job! I highly recommend them to anyone with a unexpected crack in the windshield. Go right away so they can repair it perfectly.

Cracked my windshield this morning and needed it fixed right away. Called MRM Auto Glass Repair and Replace when they were about to close. Lucky enough they said they would wait for me till i got there which was incredibly nice of them. When i got there the service was incredible as well as the workman ship. price was the lowest around too!.. thanks guys!

I took my jeep here to have my windshield replaced. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. This was my second windshield replacement. Unfortunately I went to my dealership to have my first windshield replaced. The technician at MRM was able to show me how poor a job my dealership did and compared the quality to his. The difference was shocking. I will be coming back here for sure if I need another replacement (knock on wood). Overall great experience and very reasonably priced!
